medical city again!

Medical City: Where patients are partners?
Partners where? Weh, parang ayaw ko...Kasi dumadami na yata ang namamatay na patient from Medical City, ah! Is it really the patients case or how the hospital handled their case? My good friend Roseville died last February 28, 09' because of operation complications done by Medical City. Marami na rin akong friends na nagsabi ng stories about some connected people who died from the said hospital. Most cases are with their surgeons. But they're supposed to be well after any type of procedure specially with a well-known institution.

Here are some of Medical City's scary stories:

From the news, March 06, 09': "Rapper, actor and TV host Francis Magalona, diagnosed with leukemia last year, died Friday at the Medical City hospital. He was 44. He battled cancer for almost eight months before finally passing away.Last August, Magalona informed the noontime show "Eat Bulaga" via text message that he was suffering from leukemia.The rapper even requested for blood donations to replace the blood he was using at the Medical City hospital in Ortigas Avenue where he was being treated."

Roseville died Medical City: Before I left the company, Roseville was my seatmate and teammate. She was complaining about her ulcer. Then, one day she was rushed in the hospital and undergone an operation due to acute appendicitis. After few days, she was shivering and Myla rushed her to the hospital again. Not less than a week or two, I received the bad and sad news that she passed away, in Medical City. Supposed to be a simple procedure that became fatal.

Kilalang personality na 'to hindi pa rin nag-survive. Is it really a case to case basis or there is something wrong with what their staff did. Somebody must take some action. Pero kung wala man dahil na rin siguro sa mga statements and explanation na pwedeng ilabas ng Medical City para lang makalusot, wala tayong magagawa kundi mag-ingat. Kung magkasakit ka, puntahan mo na lahat ng hospital na alam mo wag lang sa Medical City specially pag surgery.
